1. Warranty on Products

We guarantee the high quality of our products. All gel polishes and equipment undergo strict quality control. A warranty of 12 months from the date of purchase is provided for all products. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions that occur under normal use.

2. Return Conditions

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the item within 14 days of receipt. To return the item, it must be:

• In its original packaging.
• Unused and undamaged.
• Accompanied by all documents (receipt, warranty, etc.).

3. Return Procedure

To return an item:

1. Contact our customer support via email or phone to inform us of your intent to return the item.
2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
3. Pack the item securely to avoid damage during shipping.
4. Send the item to the address provided in the customer support instructions.

4. Refund

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund within 14 working days. The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.

5. Exceptions

Please note that returns are not accepted for:

• Items that have been used or opened (e.g., opened packages of gel polish).
• Personalized or custom-made items.
